Joy Bryant loves to shop for vintage and budget-friendly stuff. She was one of the celebrities that shopped the William Rast for Target collection in L.A. when the collection had its debut party. But her Coach boots aren’t so budget-friendly, coming in at $378. But of course I was able to put together her entire outfit for less than her boots. See my finds below.
